Vesta Precision embossed vacuum bags 38 × 45 cm
Vesta Precision embossed vacuum bags, 38 x 45 cm – 65 µm, are designed to meet the demands of professional kitchens, caterers, culinary bars, and production facilities that handle high volumes. Their generous size allows for easy packaging of large items, lengthy preparations, or batch production, while ensuring reliable and consistent vacuum sealing.
Thanks to their embossed, waffle-like structure , these bags optimize airflow to the machine's pump, ensuring efficient extraction even with externally suctioned vacuum sealers. This design minimizes residual air pockets and improves long-term preservation.
Vesta Precision embossed vacuum bags are designed to complement modern low-temperature storage and cooking methods. Their multi-layer PA/PE composition provides an excellent oxygen barrier, limiting food oxidation and extending shelf life without altering texture or flavor.
The wide temperature range allows for both deep freezing and controlled sous-vide cooking, while maintaining the integrity of the bag and the reliability of the seal. Their sealing temperature, between 160°C and 180°C, ensures a clean and durable seal, compatible with most vacuum sealers on the market.
The 38 x 45 cm format is ideal for large cuts of meat, large fish, or preparing food in bulk. These bags are designed to fit into a structured professional production workflow where consistency and food safety are essential.
These vacuum bags are made of PA + PE with an embossed texture that promotes optimal air extraction. Their 65 µm thickness ensures good mechanical resistance and excellent sealing performance. They are compatible with external vacuum sealers and suitable for freezing, sous vide cooking, and controlled reheating. They are sold in packs of 50 bags .
