Mobile beer dispensers: draft beer for events, fairs and mobile bars
When serving draft beer at events, the priority isn't a pretty back bar; it's being mobile, quick to set up, reliable, and able to handle high volume. Here, you'll find mobile beer dispensers designed for fairs, exhibitions, festivals, weddings, corporate events, pop-up bars, and catering services. They're designed to be easy to transport, simple to operate, and efficient at serving fresh, consistent draft beer, even when things get busy.
Mobile beer dispenser: the right choice for your needs
To choose the right draft beer machine, you need to think in terms of the specific situation:
1) Thrust system: air or CO₂ compressor
Beer dispenser with air compressor : ideal when you're looking for a self-contained solution that's quick to deploy. No CO₂ cylinder required to get started: simply plug it in, pull the pump, and serve. It's often the practical choice for mobility and logistical simplicity.
CO₂ beer dispenser : perfect if you want a more bar-like experience with stable pressure control. It's a very common standard in the hospitality industry.
2) Flow rate and configuration: 1 nozzle or 2 nozzles
1 spout : compact and efficient format, perfect for a best-selling item on a mobile bar.
2 spouts : useful if you are serving two different products, or if you want to smooth out the wait during busy periods.
3) Cooling: the objective = rapid cooling and stability
In event planning, we are looking for a system that quickly reaches serving temperature and maintains it over time, to avoid lukewarm first drinks and variations in foam.
4) Drum and connection compatibility
A mobile beer dispenser must be compatible with your keg sizes (often 20L / 30L / 50L depending on your needs) and, most importantly, with the appropriate keg connectors. This is the key factor that saves time (or can ruin an event if you arrive without the correct connector).
Essential accessories (those that prevent hassles)
For a clean and cost-effective installation, always plan according to your configuration:
- compatible drum head(s)
- regulator (if CO₂), hoses, fittings,
- drainer / drip tray,
- cleaning of the lines (clean beer also comes from a clean circuit),
- possibly a transport/protection solution (cover, case, flight case).
Who is this category for?
- Event providers / mobile bars : priority is given to mobility, throughput and quick setup.
- Trade fairs, exhibitions, festivals : priority is given to reliability and consistency of service over time.
- Businesses / associations : a professional solution, simpler and cleaner than an improvised installation.
