The Frysta BF200 is a professional blast chiller and freezer designed to meet the stringent requirements of modern catering kitchens. Thanks to its blast cooling program, the Frysta BF200 rapidly lowers the temperature of cooked food from +90°C to +3°C in just 90 minutes , thus limiting the time spent in the critical zone for bacterial growth. In blast freezing mode, a simple press is all it takes to lower the temperature from +90°C to -18°C in 240 minutes , for both cooked and raw foods.

Description

The Frysta BF200 blast chiller was developed specifically for professional environments where speed, reliability, and hygiene compliance are essential. It not only allows for the rapid cooling and freezing of food products, but also maintains a stable temperature after the cycle, thus preventing any break in the cold chain.

Its rapid cooling capacity reaches up to 7 kg of food (core temperature), while its rapid freezing capacity is 4 kg , making it perfectly suited for small to medium-sized daily productions. The GN 1/2 pans ensure direct compatibility with professional catering standards.

The Frysta BF200 features an automatic defrosting and self-evaporating system, eliminating the need for heavy maintenance and preventing water leaks. It can be used as a freestanding unit or built-in , offering great installation flexibility to suit any kitchen layout.

Thanks to its environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and cyclopentane foaming agent, this cell combines thermal performance and ecological responsibility, meeting the current expectations of committed establishments.

The Frysta BF200 operates on 110–120 V / 60 Hz with a power of 250 W. It is equipped with a core temperature probe , automatic cooling and freezing programs, and accepts 3 GN 1/2 trays (dimensions 325 × 265 mm, height 40 to 65 mm).

Two trays are included as standard. The system uses R290 refrigerant and C5H10 (cyclopentane) foaming agent. Defrosting is automatic with integrated evaporation, ensuring clean and hassle-free operation.
