Description

This model is equipped with an electronic touch control panel that allows you to select one of three washing programs (60, 120 or 240 seconds) depending on the level of soiling. It also has a special program for cold washing , ideal for fragile glassware. Thanks to the “Soft Start” system, the pump starts gradually to protect delicate dishes. This system, coupled with an ECO function, automatically reduces energy consumption after 15 minutes of inactivity, thus optimizing the energy performance of the appliance.

The rinsing and washing system is provided by rotating stainless steel arms located above and below, ensuring even coverage of the dishes. The operating temperatures are optimized for hygienic washing: 60 °C for the tank and 85 °C for rinsing , with separate electronic thermostats for greater precision. The “Thermo Protector” function ensures that rinsing only takes place if the water is at the optimal temperature, avoiding any thermal shock.

In terms of safety, the dishwasher is equipped with a safety thermostat , an 8-point self-diagnostic system , a microswitch on the door and benefits from an IP44 protection rating. It can be installed at an angle if necessary, which offers greater flexibility in the layout of professional kitchen spaces. In addition, no specific electrical or plumbing connections are required for its standard installation.

The appliance is delivered complete, ready to operate: with a universal 500x500 mm glass basket , a rack for deep and flat plates , a cutlery basket , a detergent dispenser , a rinse aid dispenser , a drain pump , as well as all the pipes necessary for connection (water and drainage). The electrical cable is supplied (without plug) for direct connection to the network.

This professional dishwasher is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel , ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life. It has a 68-litre tub capacity with a heating power of 6.0 kW and a 13.5-litre boiler heated to 7.5 kW, allowing for constant operation, even during intensive service.
