• Relay point: 3 to 5 working days.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the package was not collected within the time frame specified by the carrier, additional charges may be applied for a new shipment.

8. I chose the withdrawal at the warehouse method, how does it work?

Once the order is finalized, we will contact you to offer you an appointment to come and collect your order from our warehouse.

It is not necessary to make a single purchase of €300, several orders can add up to reach this amount.

How are loyalty coupons calculated?

As soon as the cumulative amount of your orders reaches €300, you automatically benefit from a 5% discount on each product purchased.
