The Popup Bar® V2 is a mobile bar designed for hospitality, catering, and event professionals who want a clean, quick-to-deploy, and truly functional workstation. The idea is simple: you arrive on site, you set it up, you plug it in, you serve. No struggling with a toolbox or turning your backyard into a shipyard.

Designed and manufactured in France, this bar disassembles into two modules that can be assembled, each with three optional customizable front panels to match your brand (brand, wedding, corporate, etc.). Once disassembled, its footprint remains compact: transport and handling are easy thanks to the lightweight and compact design of the components, which fit through standard doorways and access points. As a result, you can install it indoors or outdoors without needing airport-style traffic flow.

Description

On the service side, the Popup Bar® V2 is built to handle the volume: a robust structure made of 304L food-grade stainless steel and aluminum , mobility even when assembled, and a self-contained water sink with a foot-operated control (a small detail that makes all the difference when you're working back-to-back shifts). Once assembled and plugged into a standard household outlet, it becomes operational almost instantly and can support approximately 8 hours of service, serving around 100 people depending on the pace and organization.

In short: it's the kind of equipment that saves time, ensures cleanliness, and enhances credibility. And in the events industry, that's profit margin disguised as stainless steel.

The Popup Bar® V2 was designed to meet the real-world demands of the field: quick assembly, efficient refrigeration, self-cleaning, integrated storage, and easy transport. The setup module includes a large-capacity insulated ice bin with drainage, divided into compartments for managing ice cubes and crushed ice, with enough space for approximately eight bottles within easy reach. You also have GN 1/9 gastronorm containers for condiments and fresh produce, a speed rack for about eight bottles, and a base storage area to secure equipment and keep your work surface clean. Water is managed via a reclaimed jerrycan, allowing you to maintain cleanliness and compliance even when there is no convenient water supply/drainage.

The "sink" module completes the station with a self-contained sink with foot-operated controls, GN 1/6 containers for organizing equipment, jerrycans for clean and wastewater, and a free work surface for assembly, finishing, and service. Each module is equipped with swivel casters with brakes, allowing for easy maneuvering and stabilizing the bar once in place.

Finally, the design includes an optional customizable front and side panels, as well as a bar area with drainage grids to manage liquids and keep the service area clean. After the event, cleaning and dismantling are just as easy as setting up, and the entire unit stores easily in a small van.

5. What are the delivery times?

• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected. In general, here are the estimated times depending on the delivery method chosen:

• Relay point: 3 to 5 working days.

• Colissimo: 24 to 48 hours.

• Chronopost: 24 hours.

• DB Schenker: 5 to 7 working days.

Please note that it may occasionally happen, although this is rare, that delivery delays occur beyond our control, due to problems encountered by the carriers' networks. Should this occur, you will be informed by email.

6. Do you ship internationally?

• Yes, we offer shipping to multiple countries. Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination country.

7. How can I track my order?

•For optimal order tracking, we recommend that you create a customer account in order to find all your information, however once your order has been shipped, even without having created an account you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package online.

8. What happens if I am not at home when the delivery takes place?

If you are not there when the delivery is made, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions to collect your package or to schedule a new delivery. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the package was not collected within the time frame specified by the carrier, additional charges may be applied for a new shipment.

8. I chose the withdrawal at the warehouse method, how does it work?

Once the order is finalized, we will contact you to offer you an appointment to come and collect your order from our warehouse.

How does the loyalty program work?

Our loyalty program is designed to reward our regular customers. To be eligible, you must have a customer account and have made cumulative purchases totaling at least €300, regardless of the distribution of orders. It is not necessary to make a single purchase of €300, several orders can add up to reach this amount.

How are loyalty coupons calculated?

As soon as the cumulative amount of your orders reaches €300, you automatically benefit from a 5% discount on each product purchased. This discount is credited in the form of loyalty coupons on your customer account, in the “My rewards” section. For example, if you place an order of €100, a loyalty coupon of €5 will be added to your account.

How do I use my loyalty coupons?

You can use your loyalty coupons on your next orders:
