Return your products easily within 14 days if you are not satisfied or if there is an error in your order. Unused products and original packaging required.
How to return a product?
1. Make a return request via our contact form, in order to provide you with traceability on the follow-up of your request
2. Following your return request, customer service will inform you by email whether or not your return request has been accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless we made an error in preparing the order. Prepare your package carefully, protecting the products you are sending us.
4. Then please insert your INITIAL PURCHASE INVOICE inside the package.
Please note that items or products must be new, with their original packaging intact, to be fully refunded.
With the Colissimo service, you can easily send your package from home in just a few clicks (if the package weighs less than 30 kg). To do this, visit the Colissimo website.
The package remains your responsibility until it is received. This is why we recommend that you return your package to us with a signature.
Upon receipt of your package, we will refund you within 14 days via the payment method used when you placed your order.
Please note that if the products have not been returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund, in part, or in full.
Please note: Any item that is used, incomplete, or damaged by the purchaser will not be exchanged or refunded. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of perishable food products (such as dehydrated fruit or candied cherries). Thank you for your understanding.
